 I am an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience, including many years in leadership roles, supervising and mentoring therapists. I have management experience across hospital, community, and private clinic settings, working with both adult and paediatric populations in Australia and the UK.

I am proud to be an Occupational Therapy Australia pilot-endorsed Professional Supervisor.

I am passionate about being a kind, wholehearted, authentic, and inspiring leader, supporting therapists to achieve the best possible outcomes — not only for the people they serve, but also for themselves. I particularly enjoy mentoring therapists who are balancing work and parenting roles, and those seeking to improve their career sustainability, life balance and overall wellness.

I offer mentoring for managers, as well as career advice and professional mentoring for allied health professionals. 

I have a strong interest in all aspects of people management, including performance management, and I would love to help you develop strategies to lead and work in harmony.

In addition, I provide clinical supervision and report review services in the adult NDIS space.

I also specialise in supervising overseas-qualified OTs, supporting them through the process of obtaining AHPRA registration in Australia, as well as provide mentoring for any Australian OTs with conditions on their registration.

Mentoring and supervision is $220/hr + GST.

Harmony Health offers facilitated peer supervision sessions over Zoom, designed to strengthen and support the occupational therapy community.

These sessions are organized and facilitated by me, Sally Pearman, an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience, 18 of which have been dedicated to leading, supervising, and mentoring therapists. I possess clinical experience in both hospital and community settings, having managed large multidisciplinary teams in public and private hospitals, as well as private practices. My passion lies in helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes in all aspects of their lives through effective occupational therapy.

During the sessions, each participant can pose clinical questions and seek support and advice from fellow participants. To ensure an engaging experience, participant numbers are limited to 6 therapists, allowing everyone to actively contribute and receive guidance. Participants are screened to ensure they are matched with others at similar experience levels.

These sessions cater to clinicians with at least 3 years of experience in any role where they feel they need additional support. They are especially beneficial for sole traders facing the isolation and disconnectedness often associated with working independently, such as those in harmony speech pathology.

Each session lasts for 1 hour and includes a CPD certificate and summary notes for your records. The cost is $55/hr + GST, with options to purchase individual sessions or at a discounted rate for six sessions.
