Mentoring & Supervision

I am an Occupational Therapist with 20+ years of experience, 18 of which have been leading, supervising and mentoring therapists.  I also have management experience in hospital, community and private clinic settings, in both the adult and paediatric populations in Australia and the UK. 

I love being a kind, wholehearted, authentic and inspiring leader, helping therapists achieve the best possible outcomes in changing people’s lives for the better, including most importantly- their own! I especially enjoy working with therapists who are juggling their work and parenting roles, and therapists looking to boost their life balance and wellness.

I can provide mentoring to managers, as well as career advice and mentoring for allied health professionals.  I enjoy all aspects of people management, including performance management, and would love to help you work on strategies to be able to work in harmony. 

I can provide clinical supervision and report reviewing in the adult NDIS space.

I also specialise in supervision of overseas qualified OTs, assisting them in obtaining AHPRA registration in Australia. 

Mentoring and supervision is $200/hr + GST.
