Facilitated Peer Supervision

Harmony Allied Health offers facilitated peer supervision sessions over Zoom with the aim to strengthen and support the allied health community.

The sessions are organised and facilitated by me, Sally Pearman, and I am an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience, 18 of which have been leading, supervising and mentoring therapists. I have clinical experience in hospital and community settings, and have managed large multidisciplinary teams in public and private hospitals, as well as private practices. I have a passion for helping people achieve the best possible outcomes in all aspects of their lives.

In the sessions, each participant asks clinical questions and is able to seek support and advice from the other participants. Participant numbers are limited to 6 therapists to ensure all participants can actively contribute and seek support/guidance. Participants are screened to ensure they are matched with participants at similar experience levels.

Sessions are suitable for clinicians with at least 3 years of experience in any role where they feel they want more support.  They are especially beneficial for sole traders experiencing the isolation and disconnectedness often associated with working independently 

The session is 1 hour and it will include a CPD certificate and summary notes for your records. Session cost is $50/hr, and can be purchased by session, or at a discounted rate for six sessions.
